Hi Jason -
Just wanted to shoot you a quick email to thank you for your efforts with our fireplace - the final solution was the magic bullet, and Pete and I are absolutely delighted with the results. The fire looks terrific and burns perfectly, and Pete swears he feels more heat radiating from it in its current arrangement than we did before - and not ONE smidgeon of smoke to be seen or smelled outside of the fireplace. Let me know when you and Richard want to come by to get pics/footage - I think you will love the results, too!
Big Apple Chimney! You guys are the best! thanks for my brand new customized fireplace it looks beautiful! works great! The mantle restoration was amazing, I still cant believe how it looks. Can't wait for next winter to really crank it up!!!

This Company did some of the finest fireplace and chimney construction i've seen in years, in a series of buildings i was under contract to renovate, i highy recommend them!!!
Dear Jason, thank you very much for paying such quick attention to our little service call. Our tenants love their chimneys and use them frequently. Your work, the building of three fire places, including the removing of historic mantle pieces and mirrors, the lining of the flues and the building of new chimneys on the roof, was professional, clean and very efficient. It improved the value of our property. I wish more contractors would have the same work attitude and would love and know as much about what they are doing as you do.I hope we will have the opportunity to hire you again in the near future. best, Tobias

He turned our old fireplace into a safe, wood burning fireplace. His estimate was on the low side, he charged exactly what he said he would, his workers were considerate, when we had a problem with the neighbors (the wall got hot) they came in immediately and resolved it at no extra charge to us. ...we had our chimney repaired and relined and a mantle installed by Big Apple Chimney,, who did a terrific and really fast and surprisingly neat job. So just wanted to strongly recommend them...
We used them for fireplaces (including totally dismantling & rebuilding a marble fireplace to put in a new hearth) & lining chimneys (given a rec. from friends of ours). We are very happy with the result. Jason Dorn is a good guy / easy to work with.
We highly recommend them. We first used them to build 3 wood-burning fireplaces and line our boiler chimney. They also renovated our mud room. We plan on using them for other projects.
